Where we ship
We ship across India. (Shipping outside India can be arranged on request — please message us on WhatsApp before ordering.)
Shipping charges
FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India — no minimum. 🌸
Cash on Delivery (COD) can be arranged for select pin codes on request (a small COD handling fee applies); message us on WhatsApp to confirm.
Order processing & dispatch
As our pieces are handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind, orders are carefully checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote locations may take a little longer. Festive periods and unforeseen courier delays may add a day or two.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share a tracking link on WhatsApp and/or email so you can follow it to your door. 📦
Address & delays
Please double‑check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — we can't be responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to an incorrect address. Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timelines are subject to their network.
Damaged in transit
We pack every order securely, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please share an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery to info@dreamkarigiri.com or on WhatsApp, and we'll make it right. (See our Return & Refund Policy.)
